Worship
Many of us associate worshipping the Lord with raising our hands above our head and singing songs of praise at church on Sunday mornings. Some of us enter into this physical posture and spiritual place with ease, while others find it uncomfortable or awkward. While this is definitely one form of worship, there are actually many other ways that we can enter into worship. Things like dancing, creating, and even talking can all be forms of true worship when they flow out of a heart that is postured in complete reverence of God. When we can grasp the meaning and purpose of worship, we can more easily enter into this posture and embrace worship in its many different forms.
